Terms of Service — Clinics

These terms apply to Aesthet Ltd (“the Platform”) and any clinic account listed on it (“the Clinic”). By creating a clinic account, the Clinic agrees to these terms.

The Clinic is responsible for the accuracy of its name, address, and any other information displayed on its profile.

The Clinic may invite practitioners to affiliate with it on the Platform. The Clinic must only invite practitioners who are genuinely, currently practising at the Clinic, and must not misrepresent its relationship with any practitioner.

Each practitioner affiliated with the Clinic remains individually responsible for their own insurance, registration, pricing, and conduct, regardless of that affiliation. The Clinic is not responsible or liable for the individual conduct, treatments, or outcomes of practitioners affiliated with it, and the Platform is not responsible or liable for the Clinic's relationship with its affiliated practitioners.

The Platform is a booking marketplace. It is not a healthcare provider and does not supervise the clinical practice of any practitioner affiliated with the Clinic.

The Platform may suspend or remove the Clinic's listing at any time if it reasonably believes the Clinic has breached these terms or misrepresented its affiliated practitioners.

The Platform may update these terms from time to time and will notify the Clinic of any such change.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
