Terms of Service — Users
Last updated: 9 September 2026
These terms apply to Aesthet Ltd (“the Platform”) and any person who books a treatment through it (“the User”). By creating an account, the User agrees to these terms. The User must be 18 or older to create an account.
The Platform is a marketplace connecting the User with independent, self-employed aesthetics practitioners (each, “the Practitioner”). The Platform checks that every Practitioner holds valid insurance, and that those offering higher-risk treatments (Botox, Thread Lifts, PRP Therapy, CoolSculpting, Fat Dissolving) hold appropriate medical registration. The Platform does not employ Practitioners, supervise their clinical work, or guarantee the outcome of any treatment.
When the User requests a booking, their card is authorised for the listed price (which may include the Practitioner's booking fee, depending on the Practitioner's settings) but not charged until the Practitioner confirms the appointment. If the Practitioner declines, the User is never charged.
If the Practitioner determines during the appointment that the User needs a different service than originally booked, both the Practitioner and the User must approve the updated charge through the Platform before it is charged. The User is never charged for a service they haven't agreed to.
If the User cancels within 12 hours of their appointment, £20 is retained and the rest refunded. If the User doesn't attend, 40% of the price is retained. If the User attends but the Practitioner doesn't proceed with treatment, a £25 consultation fee is retained and the rest refunded. Cancelling outside 12 hours is refunded in full.
The User may leave a review only for a booking they've actually completed. Reviews must reflect the User's genuine experience.
While the Platform checks insurance and relevant registration, the User is responsible for discussing their medical history, any risks, and their own suitability for a treatment directly with the Practitioner before proceeding.
The User may not make fraudulent bookings, abuse or harass Practitioners, or attempt to manipulate reviews.
The Platform's liability is limited to facilitating the User's booking and payment. The Platform is not liable for the outcome of any treatment, which is the responsibility of the Practitioner who provided it.
The Platform may suspend or close the User's account if it reasonably believes the User has breached these terms.
The Platform may update these terms from time to time.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
